: ตำแหน่ง : Manager - Information Technology
 
 
Responsibilities : Take Care of Front – office Securities Trade System and also support Back office computer System.
Qualifications :

·         Bachelor ‘s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology,or related fields.

·         Experience in Brokers IT at least  10 years

·         Familiar  with Trade System(Hi-Trade,i2Trade), Back office  System(Freewill)

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills

 
: ตำแหน่ง : Investment Banking
 
 
Responsibilities : Provides comprehensive financial advisory services including fund raising, IPO, merger & acquisition, debt restructuring and tax planning for institutions and multinational corporations.
Qualifications : • Master’s degree in Finance & Banking, Accounting or Taxation with Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Tax and Law is preferable.
• At least 2-5 years working experiences in the field of investment banking, investment and feasibility analysis, project finance, credit analysis, auditing, due diligence or financial and tax consultancy.
• Strong valuation skill and ability to build financial model.
• Strong understanding of SET & SEC regulations is an advantage. Experience of dealing with SEC & SET would be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and handle multiple assignments.
• Fluent in English and computer literacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Having a Financial Advisory license is a plus.
 
: ตำแหน่ง : Human Resources - Manager
 
 
Responsibilities : • Provide all HR Services for a newly set-up and Fast moving Financial Business. •Responsible for Recruitment, Training and Implementation of HR System.
Qualifications :

·   Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in HR or any related field, age between 30 - 40.

·   Minimum of 7 years experiences in HRM from Bank or Financial Business.

·   Strong Background in Staff Recruitment and Selection is a plus.

·   Skillful in Interpersonal Relations, Communication and Team Work.

·   Good command of English and Computer literacy.
