**(2) PTM Levy in the UK: £1 per contract where the gross value of the trade exceeds £10,000
**(3) Stamp Duty in Ireland: 1% of the transaction value
**(4) ITP Levy in Ireland: €1.25 per contract where the trade value exceeds €12,500.
**(5) France: a charge of 0.3% applies on buy-side trades for specific securities
**(6) Spain: a charge of 0.2% applies on buy-side trades for equities whose market capitalisation exceeds EUR 1 billion
**(7) Italy: a charge of 0.1% applies on all buy-side trades
